Hamish Napier presents his award-winning album “The Woods”, music inspired by the flora and fauna of Scotland's native forests, with an evening concert & ceilidh. The music will be accompanied by a cocktail or mocktail tasting flight featuring the remarkable wild flavours of Scotland’s forests brought to you by flavour innovators Highland Boundary. Once the concert and cocktails are complete, we will clear the tables and get our ceilidh on! Come along for an unforgettable evening of music, flavours and fun!

Hamish Napier
Hamish Napier is a Scottish folk multi-instrumentalist and composer inspired by the heritage and nature of his native landscape of Strathspey. Join us as he performs his award winning new album The Woods (Album of the Year at the Scots Trad Music Awards) funded by local habitat restoration project Cairngorms Connect. Hamish's music is innovative, incorporating sounds from jazz, electronica and classical music, while also celebrating and respecting Scotland’s rich musical heritage. Humorous, engaging and heart-warming, Hamish’s performances are often interdisciplinary, incorporating poems and stories about nature, folklore and communities. Patsy Reid
Patsy Reid is one of Scotland's finest fiddle players. Patsy Reid is one of the most in-demand traditional fiddle players in the UK. She has performed with Dougie Maclean, Kylie Minogue and Zakir Hussain, and recorded with Mark Knopfler, Donald Shaw, Duncan Chisholm, Bella Hardy, Treacherous Orchestra, Tim Edey and many more. Innes Watson
Innes Watson, from Glasgow, is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist with fifteen years of contemporary and traditional Scottish music performance, recording, teaching and producing under his belt and one of the most highly-regarded and sought-after musicians in the field. Innes Watson is a rhythmic guitar wizard and a first class fiddle player to boot, with a unique style and approach. About Us
Highland Boundary began trading in 2018 and we create and distil novel spirits flavoured with hand-picked, local botanicals. The development of new and unique flavours with a distinct Scottish provenance and terroir is key to our success.
Dr Marian Bruce is the designer and distiller and she is helped by a small and passionate team. We care about the environment; we harvest sustainably; only use recyclable materials in our bottling and packaging; and have renewable energy sources for our business.
Our name comes from our location. The distillery is in a refurbished milking shed at Kirklandbank Farm, near Alyth and on the Highland Boundary Fault, the geological dividing line between the highlands and lowlands of Scotland. Our spirits are made using botanicals collected in the forests of the Highlands and grain spirit grown in lowlands.
We believe we will enhance Scotland’s reputation for high quality food and drinks production with the inclusion of modern, innovative and impactful botanical spirits.
